Gluten Free Almond Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. almonds, blanched, toasted and finely ground
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated and at room temperature
Preparation
    You can toast the almonds in a dry skillet or other pan in a 325\u00b0 oven, stirring often, until color turns to tan.
    Remove and cool.
    Then put them in a food processor to grind.
