Bacon Stuffed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. sugar
    9 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Grease skins of potatoes and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until soft to touch.
    Cut a long oval slice from top of potato and scoop out pulp into a bowl.
    Add butter, sour cream, egg, salt and sugar to potato pulp.
    Beat well; stir in bacon. Place mixture back into potato shells, stuffing them high. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
