Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples, without skins
2/3 to 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation

Grease square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Place apple slices in the pan.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
