Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, brown onion until tender.
    Remove from skillet and brown hamburger until done.
    Stir in cooked onion, flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in soup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6.
