Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. molasses
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. sugar
2 level tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 well beaten eggs
Preparation

Mix together and put in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
In mixing ingredients, soda should be dissolved in boiling water.
Bake 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
