Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 large pork chops
Preparation
    Place butter in shallow baking dish.
    Melt in oven.
    Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; set aside. Blend egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
    Coat chops in crumb mixture; dip in egg mixture and again in crumb mix.
    Place in dish with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Carefully turn chops and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done.
    Do not overbake and dry out pork chops.
