Hot Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    4 bacon strips, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Wash spinach.
    Remove stems and tear into pieces.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Heat wok or skillet.
    Add oil.
    Stir-fry mushrooms 1 minute.
    Add spinach and garlic.
    Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Toss with sesame seeds and crumbled bacon.
    Serves 4!
