Zucchini Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 medium zucchini, sliced with skin on
    2 1/4 c. (4 slices) fresh bread crumbs
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute bread crumbs in butter and garlic.
    In a 2-quart casserole, place a layer of tomato.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and brown sugar.
    Add a layer of onion, layer of zucchini, bread crumbs and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, approximately.
