Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation
    Beat butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add extracts to milk. Add baking powder to flour.
    Alternate liquid and dry ingredients. Stir in the chopped walnuts. Bake in tube pan or Bundt pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
