Scott'S Shrimp Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
1 large can tomato sauce (with onion, pepper and celery)
1 can diced Ro-Tel
2 Tbsp. roux
2 qt. water
3 c. shrimp
32 oz. pkg. (Number 4) spaghetti
Preparation

In deep, heavy pot, saute onion and peppers in oil.
Add special tomato sauce and Ro-Tel.
Stir well.
Add roux and water. Cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add shrimp and salt and cook 20 to 30 minutes.
Add cooked (lightly salted) spaghetti to sauce.
Mix well.
Remove from heat and cover.
Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with fried bread.
