Rice Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    3 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions; cool slightly.
    Add egg whites and 1/3 cup Parmesan to rice; mix well.
    Set aside. Combine Mozzarella, Ricotta and remaining Parmesan.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce and oregano.
    Layer in 3-quart casserole; top with 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
