Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 small chopped onion
1/4 tsp. sage
chopped celery or celery salt
2 eggs, beaten
toasted bread crumbs
salt
Preparation

Saute onion and celery; remove from stove.
In another bowl mix in onion, celery, sage, salt and bread.
Add 2 beaten eggs. Add enough water to keep from being dry.
Lightly stuff chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
