Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. zucchini
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. broken spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    in oil in a big kettle.
    Add water, tomato sauce, onion,
    garlic, celery, parsley and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer
    for
    2
    hours.
    Add zucchini, peas and spaghetti. Simmer for
    20
    minutes
    or longer until done.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if so desire before serving.
