Vegetable Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 chopped green onion
    1 c. coarsely shredded carrot
Preparation
    Bring water to boil with beef cube and butter.
    Stir in rice. Cover and cook 18 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in parsley, onion and carrot.
    Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
