Ponettone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1 c. almonds (whole)
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 c. glazed fruit
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. anise seed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. orange juice (1 orange)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Add sugar.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add to egg whites, then add all dry ingredients, adding flour last.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake in cast-iron pan, greased and floured.
