Mexitalian Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa sauce, drained
    1 (14 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or spaghetti seasoning
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    9 lasagna noodles
    2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine chili, drained salsa, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
    In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
    Cook noodles according to package.
    In greased or oiled 9 x 9-inch baking dish, layer noodles, chili, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
