Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium avocado, peeled and seeded (save seed)
    1/4 c dairy sour cream
    2 T chopped green chiles
    2 tsp lime juice
    Salt
    2 T chopped tomato
    1/2 tsp garlic
Preparation
    Mash avocado with fork and then add sour cream, tomatoes, chiles, lime juice and garlic salt.
    Blend well.
    Save the seed, if desired, and put it in dip right before you serve this.
    Serve with raw vegetables or tortilla chips.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
