Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
1/4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cut rhubarb into small pieces.
Add sugar, spices and butter. Place on top of stove and heat.
Pour into baking dish.
Cover with crust.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Cook in bottom of oven.
The fruit will cook while pastry browns.
