Mom'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw, unpeeled, chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar and raisins; let stand for 10 minutes, until syrup forms.
Then add in oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and mix well with apple mixture.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
