Louella'S Luscious - Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. chopped walnut meats
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Add sugar into apples; stir.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well (by hand) together.
Place mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
