Country Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, well beaten
9 slices white bread, crusts removed and cut into 1/2-inch squares
4 Tbsp. butter, cut in small cubes
6 scallions or green onions, chopped (including tops)
3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled*
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend well.
Pour mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
