Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    2 strips bacon
    1 small to medium onion, chopped or sliced
    1/4 c. catsup
    6 Tbsp. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
    Reserve.
    Saute chopped or sliced onions.
    Slice zucchini and lay on top of the onions; cover and steam until crisp.
    Pour catsup over top of the vegetables. Top with crumbled bacon.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with grated cheese and serve hot.
    Serves 2 to 4.
