Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots, packed
1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine all vegetables.
Mix salt, pepper, vinegar and water. Stir together and refrigerate.
Tightly cover overnight.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.
