Strawberry Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. strawberries, hulled, washed and patted dry
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in a food processor and process until smooth.
    Add the yogurt, honey, lemon juice and strawberries and process until pureed.
    Pour into prepared pie crust and chill for several hours before serving.
