Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 flour
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. seedless blackberry jam
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Mix soda and buttermilk. Blend in egg mixture.
    Add flour slowly.
    Cook raisins and add to mixture along with other ingredients.
    Spray 3 round cake pans with cooking spray (I prefer Baker's Joy cooking spray).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
