Chocolate Caramel Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. caramels
    2/3 c. canned milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/4 sticks melted margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In top of double boiler or in microwave, melt caramels and 1/3 cup canned milk and set aside.
    Mix together all other ingredients.
    Press 1/2 of cake mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
