Cheddar Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter with cheese until smooth.
Blend in flour and salt; knead until it forms a soft dough.
Roll 1 teaspoon of dough into a ball.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Makes 3 dozen puffs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 12 minutes.
