Spinach Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 1 qt. baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and 2 c. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese.
