Cheesecake(10-Inch Pan) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
2 lb. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
Preparation

Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 15 minutes. Pour mixer over crust and bake for 30 minutes on 350\u00b0 or until edge starts to come away from pan.
Center will be jiggly.
Let stand to firm up.
