Mexican Pork Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    your favorite salsa
    chopped green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Slice pork loin across grain into 1/4-inch slices (this is best done if meat is partially frozen).
    Cut each slice lengthwise in half.
