Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    14 oz. catsup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. powdered mustard
    2 tsp. liquid smoke (Wright's Natural Hickory Seasoning)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve open-face over grilled hamburger buns.
