Stained Glass Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. vanilla candy coating
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. chopped multi-colored gumdrops (I take out the black ones)
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating, condensed milk and salt.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract and gumdrops.
    Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9-inch square pan.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn fudge onto cutting board.
    Peel off paper and cut into squares.
    Store tightly covered at room temperature or in icebox.
