Luby'S Brownie Piewarren, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. ground pecans
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites in electric mixer until creamy.
Add sugar a little at a time until whites are very stiff.
Add pecans and cracker crumbs and mix well.
