Sarah'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cook sugar, flour, milk and salt in double boiler until thick and smooth, stirring frequently.
    Add beaten egg yolks; cook a minute or 2 longer.
    Add lemon juice and butter; stir and remove from heat.
