Squash Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small yellow squash, sliced thin
1 small zucchini squash, sliced thin
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 medium red onion, sliced
4 or 5 leaves romaine lettuce
4 or 5 leaves chickory
1/2 c. cooked peas
alflafa sprouts
1 red pepper, cut in strips or tomato
Preparation

Break or cut lettuce in bowl.
Add all other ingredients. Toss.
Serve with or without dressing, as desired.
