Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. (1 c.) yellow squash, cooked, mashed and drained
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion and egg.
    Set aside to cool.
