Cool Beet Swirl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small beets, cooked
    2 c. juice from beets
    1 qt. or more fresh buttermilk, chilled
    3/4 tsp. dill salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill, finely cut
Preparation
    Blend beets and juice from beets to smooth liquid.
    Stir in buttermilk and dill salt.
    Mix well and chill.
    Garnish with fresh dill.
