Goulasch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tips
    1 lb. pork stew meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat. Add chopped onion and seasonings. Let simmer until meat is tender. Thicken with a little flour mixed with water. Serve over boiled potatoes, noodles or dumplings.
