Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    3 cans water chestnuts, sliced
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can chunk pineapple
    2 c. grapes
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1-1/2 c. almonds, sliced & toasted
Preparation
    Cook chicken and dice.
    Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Toast almonds 350\u00b0 until golden brown. Add almonds when ready to serve.
    Makes 10 servings.
