Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley leaves (optional)
    2 tsp. finely minced onion
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 doz. pimiento stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
    Soften gelatine in cold water.
    Heat and stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves.
    Beat cheese and Miracle Whip until blended.
    Stir in gelatine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into an 8-inch square casserole.
    Chill until firm.
