Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, quartered (enough to cover bottom of baking dish)
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    pork chops
Preparation
    Flour and brown chops.
    Parboil potatoes for 15 minutes. Combine soup, milk and mustard; blend well.
    Place potatoes in a buttered dish.
    Top with chops and pour soup mixture over chops. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; uncover the last 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
