Spinach And Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. mascarpone cheese
    24 oz. can artichoke hearts
    1/3 c. light mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped garlic
    1/2 c. finely diced red onion
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (10 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except spinach.
    Once blended, add drained and squeezed spinach.
    Serve warm with bread, crackers and raw vegetables.
