Boiled Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) chicken
    4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 heaping Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small bunch parsley
Preparation
    Cook chicken until soft and you have nice broth (about 4 quarts).
    Remove chicken and cool.
    Mix flour, eggs, Crisco, salt and pepper to form dough.
    Separate dough into 5 pieces.
    Roll each piece to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut dough into squares.
    Bring broth to a boil and drop dough squares into broth, one at a time. Add potatoes, onion and parsley.
    Cook 30 to 45 minutes until dough is soft.
    Add cut up chicken and serve.
