Low-Fat Beaten Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and milk together.
    Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Drop dough by large spoonfuls into pan.
    Spray tops of biscuits lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
