Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread (cut crust off)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. whole milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. whole milk
Preparation
    Place bread in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Butter each slice of bread.
    Top with cheese.
    Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and dry mustard together.
    Pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before cooking, mix soup and 1/2 cup milk together and pour over egg mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. (Sausage may be browned and crumbled over top.)
