Cool Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 cucumbers, sliced
    2 to 3 radishes, sliced
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat sour cream
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced dill or chives or 1 tsp. dried
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place cucumbers and mushrooms in colander; set aside to drain. Mix all remaining ingredients.
    Put cucumbers and mushrooms into a large bowl and stir in yogurt mix.
    Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
