Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
1 large onion, thinly sliced from top to stem
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced diagonally (including leaves; most important)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
celery salt and salt (can do without salt)
    pepper to taste
    cornstarch
pimientos (optional; add for color, depending on what else you are serving)
Preparation
Boil chicken in enough water to cover. Remove from pan and reserve the broth.
Bone and dice the chicken. Add onion, celery, bouillon cubes, celery salt, salt (if you're using it), pepper, onion and seasoning to broth and simmer until tender. (I like them slightly crunchy.)
Add enough cornstarch to thicken and
a few drops of yellow food coloring if the sauce is gray looking.
Stir and cook until thickened. Add diced chicken to sauce and heat through.
    That's it!
