Hamburger Herb Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. mixture of dried basil, summer savory, thyme, marjoram, parsley and celery leaves
Preparation
    Mix together the beef, egg, salt and bread crumbs.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent and add with herb mixture to meat and mix well.
    Shape into 4 large or 6 medium patties.
    Place under broiler and broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
