White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
    1 can Northern white beans, rinsed
    2 (24 oz.) jars salsa
    12 oz. monterey jack cheese
    4 oz. pepper jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine salsa and cheese in large sauce pan on stove over low heat stirring well to melt cheese. Add beans and chicken. Transfer to casserole dish and cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or prepare in crock-pot. Yields 6 servings.
