Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tortilla chips or large corn chips
    Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    canned green chilli peppers or jalapeno peppers, rinsed and seeded
Preparation
    Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on ovenproof plate or foil lined baking sheet. Cut cheese into 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/4-inch pieces. Cut peppers into thin strips about 3/4-inch long.
    Place a piece of cheese on each chip. Top with a strip of chilli. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve hot.
